If a user fills out our “contact form” or “request a quote form”, the information that they provide will be emailed to our staff and used to contact you, respond to your inquiry, and provide services in alignment with our business.

For privacy reasons, we may require photo ID in order to receive your file. We are legally required to respond within 45 days of your inquiry and disclose all information in your file.

- Opt-out of Data Sales and Marketing. Advantage Therapy Services will never sell your information for any reason without prior approval.

All client information provided to Advantage Therapy Services is stored in our electronic medical record, email, spreadsheets, and fax.

All client information provided to Advantage Therapy Services is used for conducting day to day business, providing services with the client, contacting the client, and working with other medical professionals for patient care.
